Overview: Conviction for reckless driving was reversed, as defendant's conduct in allowing car's tires to cross over shoulder for one second at speed only five or six miles an hour over speed limit did not rise to level of willful or wanton disregard for safety of others, and nothing indicated he was driving at speed or in a manner likely to endanger anyone.
