Overview: Defendant's conviction of murder during a robbery (Ala. Code § 13A-5-40(a)(2)) was proper, as the State presented ample corroborating evidence, including a surveillance video tape, but the trial court's order did not comply with its duty to consider the jury's recommendation of life imprisonment without parole as a mitigating circumstance.
