COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS OF ALABAMA, March 21, 2003, * Released* Note from the reporter of decisions: On May 30, 2003, the Court of Criminal Appeals issued an order in this case stating, in part: This Court's decision in this case, issued on March 21, 2003, is hereby set aside." On the basis of that order, the opinion of March 21, 2003, was withdrawn. On July 24, 2003, that Court issued another order stating: " This Court's order dated May 30, 2003, is hereby set aside and held for naught. This Court's opinion issued on March 21, 2003, is hereby reinstated."
