Overview: Juvenile court failed to apply standard enunciated in Ex parte McLendon and did not correctly apply Alabama Parent-Child Relationship Protection Act, Ala. Code § 30-3-160 et seq., to a modification of custody petition that was based on mother's desire to relocate. Based upon first child support award to mother, she was awarded custody at that time.
