Overview: In the property boundary dispute, substantial evidence supported the trial court's determination that the boundary was the painted blue line that existed between the properties. Lay witnesses established the existence of the blue line for more than 50 years, and the accuracy of the blue line as the boundary was confirmed by two surveyors.
