Overview: Although defendant's death sentence was set aside because he was under the age of 18 when he murdered two people, in violation of Ala. Code ¿ 13A-5-40(a)(2), (4), he failed to establish a prima facie Batson issue and evidence of a prior murder was properly admitted to show a common plan, design, scheme, system, or pattern.
