Overview: When a pharmacist improperly dispensed large amounts of controlled substances and otherwise engaged in illegal and irresponsible conduct, the state pharmacy board acted within its discretion, under Ala. Code § 34-23-92(12), in revoking his license and imposing a substantial fine, and this penalty did not have to be similar to that in other cases.
