Overview: An order that an individual be involuntarily committed was proper, in part because the record supported the denial of his request to waive his counsel. And, although the superior court erred under Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 36-539(E) by directing that the court reporter stop recording the individual's statements, that error was harmless.
