Overview: Attorney violated rules of professional conduct, and client lost right to have her legal claim properly litigated and resolved. Thus, attorney's misconduct was serious and caused substantial damage to his client, and, under Ark. Sup. Ct. Prof. Conduct P. 17.B. and E(2), and 19, three-year suspension of his license to practice law was not excessive.
