Overview: Defendant's conviction for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, contrary to Ark. Code Ann. ¿ 5-64-401, was supported by evidence because defendant admitted, after being Mirandized, that purpose of his trip was to sell marijuana; an officer brought bales of marijuana into court and identified them as ones recovered from defendant's truck.
