Overview: Because a permanency planning/no reunification order had not satisfied requirements for finality as it did not contain an Ark. R. Civ. P. 54(b) certification satisfying Ark. R. App. P. Civ. 2(c)(3)(B), mother failed to appeal the order from a review hearing, and therefore, the appellate court lacked jurisdiction and had to dismiss the appeal.
