Overview: The denial of an employee's claim for unemployment compensation benefits was inappropriate under Ark. Overview: A court did not err in not vacating defendant's aggravated robbery conviction after he pled guilty to first-degree murder, first-degree battery, and aggravated robbery because even though crimes occurred during the same criminal episode, that fact alone did not establish that robbery of one victim was underlying felony for murder of another victim.
