Overview: Appellate court reversed a judgment that awarded no damages to a building owner even though a jury found that the owner was not liable and a fire extinguisher company and a restaurant were each 50% liable for damages caused by a fire, as under Ark. Code Ann. ??16-64-122, the owner's liability was to be compared to the company's liability.
