Overview: Trial court did not err in denying defendant's directed-verdict motion as evidence showed that preparation and processing of methamphetamine took place, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. § 5-64-401(a) (2003), as he admitted that his friends had just produced drug and that he was going to use some discarded manufacturing items to make himself a dose.
