Overview: Defendant's brief failed to comply with Ark. Sup. Ct. & Ct. App. R. 4-2(a)(8). For example, he challenged photographs as prejudicial, but he failed to reference any particular exhibit in his argument, and he failed to include copies of photographs in addendum. He also failed to provide citations to abstract as to rulings. Rebriefing was ordered.
