Overview: Ex-husband failed to disclose his ownership of the disputed stock and did not supplement his discovery; thus, husband committed fraud. Because amendment to Ark. R. Civ. P. 60(c)(4) was remedial in nature and appropriately applied retroactively, trial court did not err in modifying the divorce decree where the ex-wife only showed intrinsic fraud.

Code Ann. § 11-9-102(4)(A)(i) (2002), when she fell off a ladder and landed on her back on a concrete floor; as treatment, medication and physical therapy were prescribed.
