Overview: Defendant's counsel was not ineffective for moving to withdraw her guilty plea after conviction was entered on docket because there was no entry of judgment; because judgment and commitment order had not been filed, motion to withdraw plea was proper under Ark. Overview: Forensic chemist testified that (1) evidence seized from inmate's residence was commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine (meth); (2) residue on items seized from residence was meth; and (3) absence of ammonia from evidence seized did not prove that he did not manufacture meth. Thus, there was ample evidence to convict him of manufacturing meth.
