Overview: Evidence was sufficient to prove that victim of abuse and false imprisonment was a "dependent adult" within meaning of Pen. Code, ? 368, subd. (h), because the 60-year-old victim, after suffering a massive stroke, had physical and mental limitations that "restricted," i.e. limited in some significant way, her ability to carry out normal activities.
