Overview: Where an insurer provided late, but adequate, notice under Colo. Rev. Stat. ? 10-4-110.5(1), five days before an insured's first policy expired, the second policy governed the insured's loss because, inter alia, the insurer's late notice resulted in a 45-day extension of the first policy, but did not trigger the full-term renewal remedy.
