Overview: Attorney was disbarred for violating Colo. R. Prof. Conduct 1.3, 1.4(a), 1.15(a), 1.16(d), and 8.4(c) when he represented a minor client in becoming legally emancipated from her parents, he accepted retainer funds, misrepresented the status of the case with a forged document, and eventually abandoned the client without refunding the retainer funds.
