Overview: It was error to grant a landlord summary judgment in a tenant's premises liability action to recover for damages she sustained when she slipped and fell on ice in a parking lot because the parking lot was common to all tenants, the landlord owned the parking lot, and there was no evidence that anyone besides the landlord controlled the parking lot.
