Overview: Judgment was affirmed as prior testimony was properly admitted under Conn. Code Evid. R. 8-6(1) as State showed due diligence in attempting to procure witness to testify at trial since inspector looked for witness for nine days, and went to all addresses revealed by checking motor vehicle and Connecticut Department of Correction files.

Overview: Judgment was reversed as separation agreement was not post-majority support order under Conn. Gen. Stat. ¿ 46b-66 since child support clause provided required Conn. Gen. Stat. ¿ 46b-84(a) support by using dollar amount for support of all children. It did not provide mechanism for dividing support between children once elder child reached majority.
