Overview: Defendant's ten-year sentence for sexual assault in the second degree, Conn. Gen. Stat. § 53a-71(a)(1), was not inappropriate or disproportionate under Conn. Gen. Stat. § 51-194 as he was 27 when he had sexual intercourse with 15-year-old victim and he had twenty prior convictions as well as numerous probation violations.
