Overview: Judgment for landlord was affirmed because tenant's motion to dismiss was denied solely on ground that tenant lacked standing to challenge landlord's standing, but, on appeal, tenant did not challenge that ruling with case law and analysis. Tenant's brief was completely devoid of any argument addressed to the actual ruling of the trial court.
