Overview: It was not an abuse of discretion to deny an inmate's postconviction relief motion for DNA testing of trial evidence, under Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, § 4504(a) (2001), because (1) multiple handlings contaminated the evidence, (2) testing would not prove the inmate's innocence, and (3) evidence from his trial was destroyed, leaving nothing to test.
