Overview: Sufficient evidence existed to support a finding that defendant had violated the terms of his probation, imposed upon his conviction for trafficking cocaine, because probation officer's testimony established that bedroom, in which marijuana and cocaine were found, belonged to defendant and that papers were found in bedroom bearing defendant's name.

Overview: Counsel was not ineffective for failing to protect inmate's speedy trial rights, as his first speedy trial demand under Interstate Agreement on Detainers was not served on official having custody of him, as required by Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, ¿ 2542(b), and notices that were properly served were received less than 180 days before he pled guilty.
