Overview: Plaintiff's suits were dismissed as they did not comply with Del. Super. Ct. R. Civ. P. 8(a) and were fishing expedition. Suits against non-mortuary defendants were filed as plaintiff suspected that they did something with his identity; if banks told him that he had accounts, he would have had evidence that others were using his identity illegally.
