Overview: Counsel for the claimant was entitled to recover attorney's fees, pursuant to Del. Code Ann. tit. 19, § 2350(f), after successfully defending an appeal filed by the employer. The proposed hourly rate of $275 was reasonable, but the court reduced the amount of hours submitted by counsel.
