Overview: Motion for post conviction relief was denied because, inter alia, State's use of phrases "crime scene," "sexual assault" and "victim" during trial did not call for objection from counsel, and defendant's claim of ineffective assistance based on this was without merit. Further, defendant was not denied his right to a speedy trial.
