Overview: As the victim, who had cerebral palsy and a speech impediment, was found competent under Del. R. Evid. 601, and through the aid of an interpreter, testified at trial that, while his mother was away, defendant sexually assaulted him multiple times, there was sufficient evidence to convict defendant of second degree rape and unlawful sexual contact.
