Overview: Because the trial court afforded the insured, a pro se litigant, every reasonable opportunity to litigate his claims against an insurer, and because the insured failed to explain why he had instituted no proceedings for approximately one year, the insured's case was properly dismissed for failure to prosecute under Del. Super. Ct. R. Civ. P. 41(e).
