Overview: Since the court retained continuing jurisdiction after the enactment of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, D.C. Code Ann. ¿¿ 46-301.01 to 46-309.01 (2001), and it had continuing, exclusive jurisdiction under D.C. Code Ann. ¿ 46-302.07(d) (2001), it had two jurisdictional bases upon which to terminate the child support order.
