Overview: Although the complainant was injured during a robbery, the injuries did not cause a risk of death, render the complainant unconscious, cause extreme pain, or cause protracted and obvious physical disfigurement; therefore, the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction for aggravated assault under D.C. Code §§ 22-404.01(a), -4502.
