Overview: Expert testimony was not required to send one of patient's claims to jury; although ordinary human knowledge would not have enabled jury to find hip dislocation was caused by transfer of patient to gurney, jury crediting patient's testimony could have found forcible pull in moving her to gurney exacerbated dislocation and precipitated intense pain.
