Overview: In a trial under ¿ 794.011(4)(e), Fla. Stat., where the victim was a severely retarded male teenager, the trial court properly admitted evidence involving a sexual assault of a three-year-old girl under ¿ 90.404(2)(b), Fla. Stat. It found that defendant had an authoritative familiarity over both victims, whom he exploited when alone with them.
