Overview: The Second District Court of Appeal properly held that a citation which petitioner allegedly forged was properly admitted as evidence of his criminal conduct, and its admission as such did not implicate any application of Fla. Stat. ch. 316.650(9) (2001), since in order to prove a forgery, admission of the forged document had to be allowed.
