Overview: Because an inmate showed that the DOC did not obtain a determination by health care staff that his conduct was not a suicide attempt as mandated by Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 33-601.314 § 9-30, the inmate was entitled to mandamus relief after the trial court erroneously denied his request extraordinary relief and imposed a lien on his trust account.
