Overview: As the purpose of § 810.0975(2)(b), Fla. Stat. (2005), which prohibited trespassing in a school safety zone, was to protect school children -- a legitimate and compelling purpose -- and the geographical and temporal restrictions it imposed bore a rational relation to its purpose, it did not violate substantive due process.
