Overview: Judgment was reversed as ? 196.061, Fla. Stat. was not unconstitutional as applied to condominium owners as under former art. VII, ? 6, Fla. Const., Florida legislature could establish procedures for claiming homestead tax exemption. Under ? 196.061, owners rented entire dwelling, although they reserved two locked closets for personal storage.
