Overview: Although a trial court was permitted to incorporate a three-cell bump, increasing a sentencing range from 12-27 years, which would have resulted in the 25-year sentence being legal, because the appellate court would not speculate that the trial court would have chosen to do so had the scoresheet been properly calculated, the matter was remanded.
