Overview: Defendant was not entitled to a dismissal under Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.190(c)(4) of attempted murder charges based on claimed immunity under § 776.032, Fla. Stat. because while defendant stated that he was attacked by the victims, a police officer and a detective testified that defendant went to the victims' apartment with a knife and attacked them.
