Overview: Wife clearly waived elective share right pursuant to Fla. Stat. ch. 732.702(1) when she signed prenuptial agreement that disclaimed any interest in husband's separate property and provided that each parties' separate property would pass to their children upon either party's death; agreement was ambiguous, so wife properly testified on intent.
