Overview: Because a wife contributed funds or services over and above normal marital duties with respect to the husband's property, she was entitled to a special equity in the property; because the special equity amounted to an ownership interest, the prohibition against the forced sale of a homestead in Fla. Const. art. X, § 4(a) did not apply.
