Overview: Trial court erred in granting summary judgment to a corporation as to a realty company's breach of contract action, as the trial court improperly found that the base year of occupancy of the building was 2002 for purposes of ad valorem tax payments under § 192.042(1), Fla. Stat. (1983), because the building was substantially completed in 2001.
