Overview: Denial of certiorari relief to licensee from department order suspending her license for driving with unlawful breath-alcohol level was error because hearing officer was authorized under § 322.2615(6)(b), Fla. Stat. to issue subpoena to any person identified in documents relating to breath test, and denial of subpoena to inspector was improper.
