Overview: Regardless of the validity of a behavior order entered in connection with juvenile's pre-trial release, it was operative unless and until it was reversed or vacated. Thus, his disobedience of a show cause order by failing to appear at the show cause hearing was grounds under § 985.037(1), Fla. Stat., to hold him in contempt of court.
