Overview: Supreme Court of Florida, in answering certified questions, found that ¿¿ 11.045 and 112.3215, Fla. Stat., which regulated and disciplined lobbyists, were valid because they did not violate Florida's separation of powers doctrine, were validly enacted, and did not infringe on the court's jurisdiction to regulate lawyers or the practice of law.
