Overview: When the trial court did not send the parties its judgment in a workers' compensation case as required by O.C.G.A. § 15-6-21(c), it erred in denying the employer's motion under O.C.G.A. § 9-11-60(g) to vacate and re-enter the judgment so that the employer could file a timely appeal. O.C.G.A. § 34-9-105(b) did not prevent granting of the motion.
