Overview: Because the State failed to carry its burden of establishing exigent circumstances existed to justify the entry of the police into defendants' trailer to arrest persons for underage drinking, the trial court properly granted defendants' motion to suppress the evidence seized from the unlawful entry.

Overview: Insurer was properly granted summary judgment as to the issue of coverage under its policy with its insured, as questions answered untruthfully amounted to misrepresentations warranting a cancellation of said policy. Hence, the trial court's order citing O.C.G.A. § 33-24-7 as authority for cancellation was upheld.
