Overview: Although it was error not to determine on the record that a father in a termination of parental rights case had knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to counsel under O.C.G.A. § 15-11-6(b), the error was harmless. The father had not shown what favorable evidence he could have introduced in addition to that introduced by the mother's attorney.
